My homely two bedroom flat is available in the dingle area. Situated 5 minutes from the dock road just off Sefton street your just a 15 minute walk from town with excellent bus routes and 5 minutes from Brunswick train station. The 2 bedroom flat comes fully furnished and neutrally decorated with one available double bedroom. There is a carpark at the back of the apartments with a balcony overlooking which also provides lovely views of the Liverpool city centre and docks. Most bills are included in price such as electricity and broadband but water and council tax is not included. I am looking for someone similar to myself I move in who is clean tidy and sociable, but the flat is not a party pad! :)
