We have a large bedroom to rent at 400 p/m (500 for couples) including all bills. This includes council tax, internet, water, gas, electric and TV.
The house is all furnished with 3 fridge freezers, cooker, microwave, washing machine.
It has two bathrooms with baths and showers, a large living room and a large kitchen dining area with plenty of cupboard space.
Each of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, desk and wardrobe.
We currently have 3 dogs that live in the bedrooms with their owners so wont cause you any trouble. We also have a three legged cat called Zorro who is a little sweetheart.
All of the housemates are easy to get along with, tidy, quiet and happy to socialise occasionally and also leave you to yourself.
We are hoping to fill the rooms with likewise people who we can get along with and enjoy sharing a house with.

The house has recently been redecorated throughout and looks lovely and fresh.
We also have a very friendly landlord who is easy to get a long with. Ive currently lived in the property for 3 years and had no issues with them at any point.
