I have a lovely room to rent in the smithdown area, I am moving out so I can be closer to my work an have less of a commute and need someone to take over my contract which expires on 30th June however you have a choice to stay on after this. It has a big bathroom and a newly refurbished kitchen and lounge. Everything is new and modern, the hob is touch sensitive and all sofas etc are brand new. Internet is included in the bills. It is £80 a week with a double room, wardrobe and drawers. It is a 5 min walk to asda and bus routes run to town every 6 mins. It's right beside hope university and IM marsh campus.
