It is opposite Wavertree park & Lifestyles gym, near Allerton & just a 10 min walk to Greenbank & Sefton Park too! Plenty of on-street parking as we are on a corner with a quiet cul de sac and lots of buses into city from the end of the street.

There is one very BIG room downstairs, with plenty of storage and a huge window, desk etc.(£290 pcm)

The other room is bigger than your usual boxroom being quite square, with brand new, very comfy 4ft double bed, wardrobe, bedside locker, and desk with drawers.(£240 pcm)

All bills total £75 pcm. (ie Water, internet/phone, tv license, council tax, gas & electric).

Kitchen has washing machine, tumble-dryer, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster.

We have unlimited Wi-fi and free-view in the living room. There is a tv point in each bedroom as well.

The house is lovely, very cosy and happily decorated.

Who would you be living with:

Rachel, who works in Event management, and is an avid netballer and all round sports fan (though she hasn't wrecked my head with it - phew!) She loves the occasional good night out on the tiles. She is pure joy!

Nicole, who moved in 2 months ago and has been a sweet and friendly addition to our happy home. She is doing an intership for a company in human resources. She told me my pictures didn't do the house justice, especially how spacious & homely it is!

We are all friendly gals, who get on well & enjoy the a great night out/ meal together. We'd love to find two more house-mates who are either a mature student/ Post-grad, or professional, with whom we can have a nice comfortable home!
