Lovely double room in a 2 bed flat next to the marina. Shared living area and fairly spacious kitchen. Absolutely beautiful views over the boats! About 20 minutes walk to the City Centre and very close to Brunswick Station.

2 flats within the building so it feels very safe here.
TV License and broadband included. With bills everything comes to about £450 total per month. No deposit, but £100 referencing fee (payable to landlord, not me!).
I love to cook and am happy to share fun meals and wine, but am often out of the house so you would have plenty of your own space. If running is your thing we are very close to the Mersey so there are some lovely routes.
