Spare room available in Williamson Court, Smithdown Lane; Located right beside the University of Liverpool Campus - walking distance a maximum of 5 minutes.

Each room has a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. There is also a large built in desk, perfect for studying, and a shelf above.

The rooms are in peak condition, everything split new. There are 3 bathrooms, 1 per floor, 2 are with showers, each to be shared between 3 people maximum. The kitchen/ dining area is also fully furnished with oven, hob, washing machine, microwaves, kettles, toasters, fridge/freezers etc.

I would definitely recommend this house for 2nd to 4th year students who want to be close to university, but still do not want to be far from town. Williamson Court is a string of terraced houses, so you can have your privacy as well as socialise with the other students.

The house itself is very international, with students from Nigeria, Vietnam and China - They are all lovely!

The rent per week is £95 and the deposit is £200. The landlords are accommod8 so all paperwork and finances will go through them. The lease itself lasts until the end of July 2015, so you would need to want to stay for that long. Also it is FULL-TIME STUDENTS ONLY.

There are TWO spare rooms in the house, but both of them don't need to be filled. If you are interested in one room thats fine, but if you are coming to Liverpool with a friend, and both of you are looking for somewhere, this could be perfect!
