Bills are not included but work out at roughly £50 pcm which covers everything: internet; council tax etc. We’re about a 2 minute walk from Edge hill train station and 5 minutes from Asda, Aldi, and Smithdown Road.

The room is a spacious upstairs double with a large window providing a good amount of sunlight. Included in the room is a large double bed with memory foam mattress, table and chair, wardrobe, and a chest of draws.

The housemates are sociable and easy going male young professionals (age 22-27) who enjoy watching TV together, good music, good food, and the occasional night out. Unfortunately we can’t have pets and there is a no smoking inside policy.

The deposit is £250.
