Nice area in Smithdown, only a 5minute walk away from bus stop for buses into city centre. If campus is located at IM Marsh then travel arrangements can be arranged as we drive. Very close to supermarkets such as ASDA & ALDI. Lifestyles gym only a 10minute walk away. It is £305 a month or £75 a week with all bills included ( excluding TV licence). Looking for a flat mate who is similar to us, easy going, enjoys socialising, up for a laugh.
