This is a double room with a single bed and guest bed underneath, and much storage space with nice clean fitted wardrobes, a computer desk and some shelves. There is no traffic noise and the room gives onto the patio at the back of the house.

It is ideal for a professional or a student wishing to live close to town(15minutes by the 86 bus/cycling or 25mn walking).There are very frequent buses running from Smithdown Road at the end of Woodcroft Road. The 86 bus also runs 24hours and goes to the Liverpool Airport.

The house is situated close to Asda, Aldi and a Coop; very close to the Wavertree park and sports centre, and 20min's walk from Sefton Park. There is a nice cafe Oro not far.

You would be sharing with a friendly Professional speaking English, French and Spanish fluently.
