Hi we are 3 mature student nurses looking for a 4th housemate to share a large semi-detached property in Aigburth, Liverpool.
The house is just off aigburth road, on a leafy, quiet street. Just one street away from popular otterspool promenade. It has excellent transport links to the city centre, 3 mins walk from aigburth train station or a driveway for a car owner. The house has a large open plan kitchen and dining room, utility room, downstairs toilet, hall way, living room with french doors opening onto a nice sized garden and the large bedroom available to rent downstairs.
Upstairs there are 3 large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is a double bathroom with shower. The other has a free standing shower and bathtub. There is also a 4th small bedroom upstairs currently used as a laundry room but has a large desk and could be used as a study!
2 housemates currently reside here and the 3rd will move in hopefully with our 4th on July! We are all friendly outgoing people but our party days are definitely over! The odd night out but no house party's, would suit a professional, shift worker or mature student :) The price includes all bills and wifi. A lovely modern, clean, spacious, friendly house!
