This is a really really nice property. Fully furnitured and very new.

A 3 bedroom apartment in the new development of new Kensington( not those terrace house area), one big size room is available immediately close to Uni, City Centre, The Royal Liverpool Hospital, frequent bus routes and all amenities. No10 bus - about 10 mins to city centre.

All bills inclusive

You have a big big bedroom with TWO double wardrobes, chest of draws, nice chair, desk and bed side draws. And you have you OWN good size bathroom on the same floor ( not in the room!!). Jennie lives upstaires and has her own bathroom. You will only share the living room and kitchen with her.

There are supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery and etc. within 5mins walking distance from the property.

I think she has no specific requirement for any tenants as long as you can keep her property clean and no crazy parties or unreasonable overnight friends stays all the time.

Female preferred if possible.
NOT suitable for couples

It's a must see property. Comfy and lush.
