Clean flat in nice area

I have a 1 bed flat in Lark Lane area, just 10 minutes to City Centre and close to bus stop and grocery store and Sefton Park. I stay alone in flat and I am looking for someone to share the flat.

I am mostly outside home during the day, so you will feel like you are the only one living in flat. There is only 1 bedroom in which I stay, but a separate large area, which can be used for sleeping etc. I also don't mind if you want to take some space in my bedroom as it's quite large. I understand that this is not ideal long term accommodation but if someone is looking to save money and live in nice area, it can be a good choice.

All bills are included. Unlimited wifi internet is included. New washer dryer is included. Bathroom will be shared with me only. I am flexible on rent.

I am a professional in my mid 30's and quiet kind of personality, so you won't be disturbed because of me. I would prefer someone quiet and mature in thoughts.

I am non-smoker, but you can smoke outside house.

I am friendly in nature and can get along very well. I respect privacy of others.
