Huge Double Room In Gorgeous House All Bills Inc

Hi there!

We have a big double room available in a lovely house-share just off Liverpool's iconic Penny Lane. You will be sharing with two Uni of Liverpool students, Amy and Rebecca.

THE ROOM:
Spacious, light and airy, this very large room is fully furnished with a double bed, study desk, chair and wardrobe.

THE HOUSE:
With plenty of space and lovely wooden floors throughout, the house has 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom and a spare room for guests and visitors.

LOCATION:
Just off Penny Lane and surrounded by green space-Greenbank Park, Sefton Park and Wavertree Playground are all nearby. At the end of the road is Smithdown Road/Allerton Road with major bus routes into the city (86, 82), plus all your local shops, post office, banks etc. The big Asda, Aldi and Tesco are five minutes by bus and there is a Tesco local across the road. You also have the famous Tavern restaurant, Penny Lane wine bar and Neon Jamon tapas restaurant (always at the top of Tripadviser's best restaurants in Liverpool!) under five minutes' walk away.

HOUSEMATES:
Amy is 21 and a History student at University of Liverpool, and Rebecca is 19 and is studying Politics. We share a love of drinking tea, watching films and going out for food and drinks. We're both friendly and welcoming and are easy to get on with, tidy and responsible.

LOOKING FOR:
Someone friendly, open-minded and reasonably clean and tidy about the house. We would welcome exchange students and students from other unis.
