We are not planning to rent the third bedroom.

So if you would be having an overnight guests you would be able to accommodate them within the spare bedroom.

House is in Kensington area. £80 pw (inc bills). Shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

House is recently refurnished. Kitchen includes fridge freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, washing machine/dryer.

Both bedrooms includes double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe, chair. One bedroom has a desk/dressing table.

Sitting room includes, TV, leather sofa & arm chair set, table, fire place.

All house is well furnished, clean and well maintained.

Plus property has a small room, which is used for drying and ironing clothes.

Small back garden.

Property is located 5 minutes walk to Lidl, Home and Bargains, Boots, Local Florist, Beauty salons and etc. Close to the main public transport routes, 10 minutes by bus to the City Centre.
