Large shopping mall within 10-15 minute walking distance and the M62, Wavertree, Runcorn, Speke, Aigburth, Allerton, Liverpool Airport, Alder Hey and Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital are within a few minutes drive.
10 minute walk to the main line bus service into the city centre (buses run every 5 minutes) or small bus available to main bus stops.
Many parks, woods and the Pennine Trail (for walking and cycling) also within easy reach.
This is a lovely, friendly, quiet home and would suit those professional people, shift work or 9-5pm who have busy work schedule and need a retreat! All bills included, therefore very good value. Check out the video.
