Friendly house share near lark lane

One double bedroom available to a professional (no students, or couples, please!) in a house share with 3 others(currently 3 females) in Aigburth. 5 minutes from Lark Lane and a stone's throw from St Michael's station (circa 6 minute train to Liverpool Central).

The house is spacious and ideal for a house share as you can be as social as you wish as well as having your own space and privacy when you fancy. We love the house and are looking for a fourth person to fill the available room. We're friendly and enjoy having a laugh, so are looking for an easy-going, sociable housemate to complete our share. We're young professionals working in the city, so it would be great to find someone in a similar situation.

We love our weekends and always have fun, but like to keep things chilled during the week so that work is bearable! We're tidy, respectful of others and like our home to be presentable.
