The bedroom includes one double bed, one sink, one wardrobe, one desk and underbed storage. There is also a television point.

There are three shared bathrooms in the house. This bedroom is on the second floor of the property and will share a bathroom and toilet with 2 other housemates. The 2 housemates are both female and keep the area clean.

There is a kitchen and shared living space in the house. The kitchen and living space has 2 fridge freezers, an oven and hob, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a washing machine, a television, 2 sofas and one dining table.

All electricity, water and wifi included in bills. The rate for the room is £105 per week and the tenancy contract ends on 7th August 2017. The room is available to move into from 1st January 2017 but can be moved into earlier if necessary.
