The house is located on a quiet road, but just a few minutes from the hustle and bustle and 1min walk to the bus stops to the City centre, Liverpool Uni, Royal Hospital.

This would be a home away from home due to the size, the cosiness of the house and a very unobtrusive and friendly landlord :-)

There is a 50 pounds processing fee to create your tenancy agreement
Reference may be required but not always
If you want to reserve a room it is a 100 pounds reservation fee that get deducted from your 1st month rent so not an extra.
