I'm a registered landlady with furnished houses/rooms in popular Smithdown Road/Penny Lane/Allerton Road area.

I have a small double bedroom available for £280 per person per month. The rent includes gas, electricity, water rates, council tax, Virgin-cable TV, tv licence and fast speed wireless virgin internet.

Sought after location off Allerton Road by Penny Lane with Bars, Restaurants, Shops, Supermarkets, Library, and excellent transport links for City Centre, including the 86/86A bus that runs throughout the night.

Separate shared lounge with virgin TV, fast speed virgin wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, central heating, double glazed. Interlinked mains smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. It's a non smoking house.

One of the other occupied rooms has an ensuite bathroom so you only have to share the bathroom and separate toilet with three others.

Plenty of room for parking as it's an end terrace house. Park is within walking distance.
