In this House we have 2 Females and 2 Males, all between the ages of 21 and 35.

The house has 5 rooms, a communal open living area and Kitchen. There are 2 Bathrooms to share between tenants. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street

The house is located on Saxony Road in L7 and is 10 minute walk from The Liverpool Royal Hospital and The University of Liverpool which is ideal for those working in the hospital or students attending university. Bus routes from the main road (Kensington road) are two-minute walk from the house and take you straight to Liverpool One in 15 minutes. Edge Hill train station is a 10-minute walk and has good links between town and towards Liverpool South Parkway.

Aldi is just a 10 minute walk away from the property as well as McDonalds

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
