Two postgrads looking for third in cosy flat

Hello!

Two postgrad part-time students are looking to have a third join us in our cosy flat in refurbished building on the waterfront of the Mersey. We are two homebodies who love a night-in of reality telly, baked goods and artistic endevours. We are an inward-facing flat with a patio outside, big shared living room and the room on offer has a shared bathroom (with one other housemate) with full bath and lovely shower attachments. The bedrooms bright and spacious and also has king-sized bed with underneath storage. (photos on request, but Keel website can let you have a nosey!)
Bills aren't within the rent, only broadband is included. Council tax can be discussed if a student or not, ut currently the flat is showing as band C.

There is an indoor older cat, who doesn't have free roam of the flat but likes to join us in the evening. We are open to pets, but other cats should be discussed so everyone is comfortable.
