Apartment just outside CC

You may know the area, however the apartment is just next door to Nuffield Gym so any gym bunnys or anyone looking to take up fitness, its ideally located, as for the apartment, it is a light, airy spacious apartment with the usual mod cons. parking is available within the complex, will put some pics up ASAP.. as for me.. I am a happy go lucky lad, love me nights in, like me nights out when I get the time, love the gym, considerate and mindful of others, have a sense of humour that can be seen as out there a tad but life is never dull.. Love me mates and family to bits, a professional lad that works 9 to 5 mon to friday, I maybe a gay lad but not the type of gay that brings everyone back that buys me a bevy, easy to get on with. it is 450 a month, that includes all the bills, yeah I know.. bargain but its a credit crunch and I am trying to do my bit in society lol.... Appreciate the interest but getting unindated with messages from the girls.. Flattered but prefer to chill out with a lad and talk maybe about birds... Or lads, whatever the preference not bothered..
