Room for rent in luxury city flat!

Alexandra tower is located at the docks, just a 10-15 minute short walk into town and within easy access to all major universities. The flat-located on the 16th floor, has spectacular views over the city and over the River Mersey. It is also very spacious and clean.

I am looking for someone who is tidy, laid-back and doesn't make too much noise as I have very early starts 5 days a week. The room will be available to rent immediately for a three month period. Do not hesitate to get in touch if you are interested/ would like a viewing.
