The house itself is well furnished with washer / dryer, shared tv in lounge with freeview and 30mb fibre optic broadband. As well as the bedrooms, there is a shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom, all modern and well presented. Also a small yard to rear, but is rarely used. The rent includes all bills, the only extra cost you should consider, is personal contents cover for any electricals you bring etc.
