I have one room left available now, (Sept 2025) in the four bed house share. The other three rooms are taken by three males who all been long standing tenants. Two friends and one other. All three work full time. And all get on well.
I may have one more room becoming free mid October 2025.

All rooms are lovely modern clean, in remodelled house within walking distance to Liverpool Uni, less than a mile. On major road links with whole of city. Just off Kensington and Edge Lane.
