L1 5BW Double bedroom with En-Suite To Rent!!
I am a 21 year old professional male looking for a professional/student (no D. S. S) roommate (male or female) as my partner plans to go away for business reasons. The apartment currently has one main bathroom, 2 bedrooms (one with an en suite), kitchen and joint dining/living room. The apartment is conveniently located a few minutes’ walk away from Liverpool One and just off Duke Street. Major railway stations (St James Street, Liverpool Central), the docks and nightlife are very close by.
The room on offer is unfurnished and carpeted with an en-suite (shower, toilet and sink). We will provide a set of white draws and a 32” TV stand plus black blinds have already been fitted (you can change these if you want to.
In terms of what else is on offer, the kitchen has been fitted with quality fixtures including a washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, oven and other appliances which are kept clean to a very high standard. The living/dining room consists of a corner couch, 6 seating dining table, 46” LCD 3D TV, xbox 360 (Kinect and games), surround sound, 3d blu ray player, sky HD and more. Again, you can feel free to use anything we have provided within the apartment.
Rent will currently stand at £470. 00 per month which includes all bills i. e. council tax, water, electricity (apartment is electrically heated, no gas) sky (tv, broadband and phone). The rent does not cover food. If there is need for car parking, this will come at an extra cost of £50. 00 p/m (secure fobbed garage located under apartment block) which is provided by our letting agency who own our whole apartment block which is really beneficial. You will be given you own fob and key in order to gain access to the building. Just to note, the building does have CCTV.
There are a few main conditions that I must highlight:
• No pets allowed
• No smoking indoors (if you smoke)
• Need to maintain regular cleanliness (apartment and in general)
• Must be over 18
For the deposit, we will require £200. 00 negotiable (any issues with this you can contact us as there will be a degree of flexibility). As of now, rent will need to be paid before the 17th of each month. Please be aware that if the apartment is abused in any way, we will retain the right to ask you to leave with 1 weeks’ notice and I will deduct money from the deposit if necessary to cover any reasonable costs (damage, cleaning etc).
Please note, when referring to the pictures the bedroom will not include any furnishings shown apart from the draws and blinds (tv stand will be included but is not in the picture).
