En-Suite room for rent in Grenville Street
- Modern Accommodation
- Spacious room with double bed
- £112 a week
Grenville street is a brand new student accommodation that was built for the start of this university year.
It is located bang in the city center and is within 15 minute walking distance of the LJMU and uni of liverpool campuses.
It is a 5 minute walk from all the shops such as tesco, aldi, primark, topshop etc..
I have had no problem with the other flatmates, they are all extremely clean, friendly and very easy to get along with. I am having to leave the accommodation due to dropping out of university.
the room itself has a double bed, ensuite shower and toilet, large wardrobe, desk, chair and plenty of other storage.
The building has security guards 24/7, on site laundry, maintenance team, as well as car parking underneath the accommodation.
Feel free to get in touch for more details or alternatively go the sanctuary students website.
Please quote "JA" on any emails or calls to the accommodation themself.
