Double room to rent on London Road, Liverpool City Centre. Sharing with 5 students 2nd year or above; although most likely to be empty during summer as they will be going home. Room has double bed, desk with chair and 3 large drawers, sink, wardrobe and TV, spacious size. £90 a week including all bills, Sky TV in the front room and wireless internet (will consider lower offer). Flat has two shower rooms, two toilets, front room with coffee table and two sofas, large kitchen with washer/dryer and large dining table. Available from as soon as possible until the end of August 2014. I am the current occupant advertising the room then anyone interested will be transferred to the manager of the flat for viewings and payments.
