Unfortunately 1 of our housemates is leaving for a new work contract and 1 to start a masters.

We have 2 x large furnished double bedrooms available for rent. All the bedrooms are finished to a high standard. Internet, all bills and TV licence included. (Council tax extra, £5 per week)

The house is situated on a quiet street (only 2 houses down the street), plenty of free parking. Only 10 to 15minutes walk into Liverpool City centre. Large Tesco store 15mins walk away. Bus stop at the end of the street.

The house consists of:
* entrance hall.
* Lounge with three sofas, TV and storage.
* Large kitchen with pantry, 2 x fridge / freezers, washing machine, dining table, TV.

* 1 x bathroom with toilet, sink, bath, over bath shower and individual bathroom storage.

* 1 x shower room: toilet, sink, shower and storage.

* back yard with decked area.

* 5 x large double bedrooms. With feature wallpaper on chimney breast. Room for rent built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, double bed, mattress.

About us:
We all work full time in different professions, all laid back, friendly and sociable. We are looking for someone who is chilled out, clean & tidy.

The kitchen, bathrooms and living rooms are on the lower and ground floors so the bedrooms on the upper floors so are pretty quiet .
