I have one room available in a 2nd floor 7 bedroom apartment based in a Georgian building which was converted for students. Bold street is a sought after location with its shops, cafés and restaurants. All bills and wifi are included in the weekly rent. The communal areas are cleaned weekly and the bins are taken daily. Due to a change in one of my students circumstances, I am looking for a student to share this apartment with 6 students who are all 2nd and 3rd years (Jan 22 - July 22 with summer option). 5 of the current students are English and 1 is from Canada.
