Gas ,electricity and water is not included but can be managed very easily when split between 3 people (Est. at £15 each on top of rent each month, depends how you use it.

5-10 minute walks from Asda, Iceland, Tescos and Lidl. local laundrette, shops, chip shop and bus routes all 2minute walk from house.
Looking for 3 people who are clean and respectable. Decorating can be discussed but would like if it was put back to its original state or if it is a suitable colour it may be ok.

A deposit of £ 150 each will be required and will be returned on the end of your contract if everything is as it should be.

My partner and I are very accommodating, so if there is any requests or anything you would like to suggest to us we are more than happy to help ans see if we can sort something out.
