The room is on the 16th floor of the Unity Building in Liverpool's business district, and a ten minute walk away from the city centre. The room is large with a double bed, two bedside tables, big double wardrobe and chest of drawers and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Mersey.

The flat is split over two levels. There are two bedrooms and bathrooms; one master bed with ensuite and one upstairs, adjacent to the spare room. Communal living, dining, kitchen space with an amazing view and a good sized balcony. There's also access to a free gym in the building!

The room is available from the 28th of November until the beginning of April.

I work 9-5 Monday to Friday, and spend a few evenings out but generally fairly quiet during the week.

I'm afraid I don't have a T. V at the moment because when I had one I watched way too much crap but if you have one / want one that's grand

The rent is £550 per month and that includes council tax, electricity, internet.
There is secure parking in the building basement, which can be rented out for an extra £60pcm.
