The flat is in a sought after area a few minutes walk into the city centre and close to The University of Liverpool, The Tropical School of Medicine, Liverpool Womens Hospital and John Moores University as well as many pubs, bars, restaurants.

This room would be perfect for students and/or professionals who study and/or work in Liverpool city centre or the surrounding areas as the location is central to everything.


Tesco, Subway, KFC, Co-Op, Starbucks, Heron Foods, Ejoy Asian Superstore, Caffe Nero, Greggs and Costa are all less than a 5 minute walk from the property.
Few minutes walk into town and you have access to Liverpool Central and Lime street train stations making this the ideal location if you need to get to places fast without spending too much on transport.
