Friendly room off Penny Lane

We are 3 friendly girls in a redecorated newly furnished house, which is ideally located just off Smithdown/Penny Lane, L18. It's opposite Wavertree park & Lifestyles gym, walking distance to Smithdown & all Allerton bars & restaurants & just a 10 min walk to Sefton Park & Greenbank too! Plenty of on-street parking as we're on a corner with a quiet cul de sac.

1 room has just come available as Beth is off to move in with her boyfriend. The room is decent sized, with a very comfy double bed, bedside locker, and drawers. Wardrobe can be provided too. (BTW, photo doesn't do the room justice - this is an old pic!)
Room is only £260 pcm, with all bills being covered by £80, (Gas & Electric, water, internet/phone rental, tv license, council tax, though that may soon drop as I've just switched power & broadband companies).

Kitchen has washing machine, tumble-dryer, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster.

We have unlimited Wi-fi & the quality is pretty good. Free-view has enough channels for us, and there is a tv point in each bedroom should you want to arrange more!

Who would you be living with:
I'm Caroline, a fairly easygoing, friendly Irish lass, who's moved to Liverpool to do a Masters.

Ma has just joined us from Spain and is a lovely, bubblt girl, who's moved to Liverpool to do an Internship.

Rachel moved here back in February for a new job and is also a really friendly, fun housemate.

We all get on well & enjoy the odd night out/in/ meal together. We'd love to find one more house-mate who is either a mature student/ Post-grad, or professional, with whom we can have a nice comfortable home, where we can respect each other by being clean & tidy, and hopefully enjoy each other's company too!
