This terraced house is only a few minutes walk from a small Asda and Allerton Road's many bars and restaurants and a 15 minute walk from the beautiful Sefton Park!

The BIG Asda is a 15 min walk (5 min drive away) and bus stops round the corner on Smithdown Road run every 10 mins into town (again only a 15 min journey). So basically its in an ideal location!!

The house includes:

A small but cosy living room with a sofa, two chairs and a fold out sofa bed for guests.

A large kitchen/dining room fully equipped with all the cooking equipment you need as well as a washing machine & dishwasher and a dining table and chairs.

A bathroom with bath and overhead electric shower.

1 double bedroom with double bed, desk, drawers and a wardrobe.

A large yard space perfect for summer bbqs!

The total rent cost is £275 per month. This includes electric, gas and water bills!!

Only other additional costs are £25 each per month for council tax and £10 per month for Virgin Broadband (very fast connection at this address!)

TOTAL = £310 per month maximum

Just to tell you a bit about myself...

I've lived in this property for nearly 4 years now (during & after uni!) the main reasons being I love the location its handy for everything, the landlord is fantastic, unless you need him you rarely see him! He's very good at fixing problems and because the gas/electric is included the house is always warm :)

A little bit about us...

Me and Tom work for a local pharmaceutical company manufacturing flu vaccines, Becky works at Hollyoaks as an Assistant Director and Kim is in her final year at Uni studying Italian & French.

When we're not busy with work we enjoy going out for a few pints/glasses of wines/shots etc! Playing board games, watching football, cooking, going to gigs, socializing and meeting new people. Between us we speak French Italian and Spanish.

It would be nice to find a new male housemate to balance out the house. We are looking for someone clean & respectful of noise etc depending on peoples work patterns but someone who is also willing to get involved, have drinks and socialize together as a house!
