Hey, we have a double room in a shared house. We are 2 guys, 1 is a doctor, the other works in renewable energy. There is a shared living room, nice kitchen, all round nice house. We're both pretty clean, we like to keep the kitchen and lounge areas pretty tidy. We're located right on sefton park. Gated parking as well which can make a difference to your car insurance. Don´t mind about about new flatmate so long as you´re easy going etc. The room is available from 24th July but it may be negotiable.
