House-mate wanted for Jan 2015 - Jun 2015+

House-mate wanted to share large terraced house with three other girls, all of whom are students between the ages of 19 and 20. Looking for a girl of a similar age, a student, who is willing to contribute towards cleaning and general house chores. The room is a large double and fully furnished costs £62. 50 a week with bills not included, though accounts are already set up with the various companies for water bills, gas and electricity, and broadband. The house is owned by a private landlord who is very helpful and responds quickly if needed. He is also a builder/handy man by trade so if anything needs fixing, painting etc. he will gladly do it for you. The house is located near the top of smithdown road in the mossley hill area which is a good area to live in. The house is fully furnished and finished to a high standard. Although there is not a seperate living room area, the kitchen area is so big that it doubles as a dining area and a living area as it fits in a dining table and two sofas comfortably. The girls who currently live in the house are really lovely, some of my best friends, and although the house is often quiet they know how to have a good time, the house has a good balance, and they are friendly, approachable and welcoming girls - the only reason I am giving my room up for another girl to rent is because I've had to defer university for personal reasons and I'm genuinely gutted to have to leave what has been a perfect set up. The room is available for rent from January 2014 onwards but if it is needed from December let me know and we can negotiate an earlier date for moving in.
