Room in a quiet house near Penny Lane to suit professional/international student/female. There is very good access to public transport and many bars and restaurants nearby. The house is an end terrace in a cul-de-sac and usually roadside parking is available. Broadband wireless is freely available and gas, electricity and water bills are included in the rent. There is a good sized kitchen and spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate bath. A little courtyard outside is available for enjoying summertime weather. I would expect the lodger to be tidy and clean up where required and also not to expect to 'party' in the house. I live in a very calm residential neighbourhood and generally there is peace and quiet within the catchment area.
