I have one room available.

I am looking to rent a double room I have available in my 3 bedroom semi detached house in Little Neston, situated on a quiet road, within easy walking distance of village shops (Spar, Newsagent etc) & pubs.

I am looking to rent the room inclusive of the following household bills:

Electric
Water
Council Tax
SkyTV & Internet
TV License

Close to University of Liverpool Leahurst Campus, and so great for students.
Also near to Chester & Liverpool.

Accommodation consists of shared Kitchen/Diner (with use of fridge/freezer, cooker, hob and washing machine), Living Room, Upstairs bathroom (comprising of Bath/Electric Shower, Toilet, Sink and Walk-in Shower), and downstairs cloakroom.
There is also a small garden to the rear including a patio area.
There is off and on road parking available as well as a garage (great for storing bikes).

I have a dog who normally lives with my parents, but sometimes stays with me when they go away/on holiday, she is very friendly.

I enjoy socialising with friends, nights out as well as nights in.
