We have a very large, furnished double bedroom available in New Brighton for 3 months (July to end Sept). The room isn't ensuite but the large main bathroom is shared with only one other female tenant as there is a second bathroom on another floor. The house is less than 5 minutes walk from the new development on the seafront which includes a Morrisons, Weatherspoons, Pizza Express, Prezzo, La Tasca, Cinema and a number of great independent restaurants and cafes. It is also less than 10 minutes walk from New Brighton Train Station (20 min train ride into Liverpool City Centre). The beach is sandy and less than 200m from the house with windsurfing and kitesurfing within 1km. Canoeing, Kayaking and Sailing can be done on the Marine Lake at the end of the road. Crazy Golf and local arcades also lie within a 5 min walk. The house has a large new kitchen and 3 reception rooms (1 reading room with wood burning stove, 1 dining room, 1 television room). nice. We would consider renting the room to a couple as it is large enough and would set the rent at an additional £100pcm to include additional bills. Parking is on street.
