WHO WILL YOU BE LIVING WITH ?
In this House we have 4 females and 4 Males, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All are working professionals

THE HOUSE
The house has 10 rooms which has their very own kitchen area and Microwave. There is also a communal utility room as well as 4 communal bathrooms/washrooms Each room has double bed and the room will be fully cleaned prior to move in. There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

The house is located on Euston Grove in Birkenhead which is just a 10 minute drive away from the Queensway Tunnel If you need to get to Liverpool for work or leisure, or if you don't drive, the nearest train station is Birkenhead Central which is just a 15 minute walk away where a train can take you straight into Liverpool city centre..

LOCAL FACILITIES
This property is in an amazing location, with local amenities just a stones throw away. There is an Asda, Lidl and Aldi all just a 5 minute drive away and just a 10 minute walk away is Pyramids shopping centre which hold an array of diiffent store such as JD Sports, Next, Subway, Home bargains and plenty more!

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
