Bills included, large double room with parking

I’m currently looking for a female housemate to occupy a fully furnished double bed room for around 9 months (this is flexible, message me if you want to discuss other durations). You’ll have a large double bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The house is a lovely, well-presented and very spacious 4-bedroom Victorian semi. The house has lots of charm and character, high ceilings, log burner, and plenty of street parking.

The house has a medium-sized garden with a patio and Astro turf.

There is a main bathroom with separate shower and standalone bath. There is also a WC downstairs.

You will share the whole house with a professional female, aged 29, who works in the NHS Monday-Saturday. She is a close friend of mine who rents a room. She is chatty, likes to spend time socialising in the house but also respects boundaries and appreciates time alone to unwind.

The house has two reception rooms, meaning you can have your own space and don’t have to always share a living space. Well equipped kitchen with range cooker and plenty of cupboard space. All utensils provided.

The location is ideal, walking distance to both Oxton village and central Birkenhead. Also walking distance to multiple train stations that take you to Chester or Liverpool. 10-15 minute drive into Liverpool city centre. Also had the beautiful Birkenhead park on its doorstep.
