Large, bright double bedroom in a quiet 3 bed semi-detached in a lovely, quiet cul-de-sac. The house has a fab newly fitted kitchen and newly decorated living room. There is plenty of space for parking (includes a drive). I work full time as a horse riding instructor, also studying and own my own horse. So pretty much always on the go! I do have a cat, goes out in the day...in at night...however she doesnt take to other animals lol🙈 so sorry but no other pets allowed. £350 per month....NO DEPOSIT!! Just one months rent in advance would be expected. I am pretty flexible regarding viewings....tues/wed however wouldn't be available.
