Whiston hospital is less than a mile away and it is 20 mins on the train to Liverpool City Centre, 15 minutes to St Helens. There is a 24 hr Tesco, and retail park 10 minutes walk away and 2 grocery/newsagents 2 mins walk away.
Two months rent and expenses in advance will be required.

The cosy back room is green and cream and has double bed plus bed linen, double wardrobe, table and stools, chest of draws, bedside cupboard and lamp.
