Small room for rent in a nice area.

Hello,
I have one "single" spare bedroom in my apartment, Southport/PR8 area (Closed, clean and very quiet area). The bedroom isn't big, enough space for a single bed (which is already there) and a wardrobe (got no wardrobe though), but the apartment is newish built, very clean and comfy. I will share the whole flat so small bedroom shouldn't be an issue.
I am asking for £280 a month (all bills included), got broadband, Sky TV/Sky Sports package and that is also included in £280 a month.

I am 29yo Male, friendly and very tolerant, I get on with pretty much anyone. Viewers are welcome.
