I have a large Loft Room, eighteen feet by nine feet to rent with en-suite shower room, six feet by four feet. The room is well decorated and furnished with bed,
chests of drawers, a hanging rail built-in,
desk and chair. There is full central heating and double glazing.
The room overlooks our green garden and is
only a ten minute walk to buses into Liverpool and Chester.
We have one small well-behaved dog and two
cats.
I am looking for a professional person who
is independent.
