I'm a working professional and I have 1 double room to rent out in Wallasey.

The house is homely and due to only two bedrooms there is a relaxed quiet atmosphere, perfect for studying or having down time.

The house has been recently fully refurbished new carpets, painted and has parking at the front of the property.

The rent includes all bills and WIFI.

Washing machine, large fridge freezer, mounted flat screen with free view box & DVD player are all there for use.

Both bedrooms are supplied with new duvet/pillows and bedding for hygiene purposes for yourself.

I am close to all transport links, bus services, 7 minute walk to the train station and a 2 minute drive to access the M 53, Mill lane hospital or Liscard Village. Easy access to Liverpool.

I am very approachable and while residing in my property will deal with any concerns you may have promptly.

I'm ideally looking for someone fairly tidy that can respect other people, and in return I ensure the home is comfortable and everything is kept in good working order.
