Spacious, accomodation with fabulous views

We are looking for a 4th, non smoking, mature, working or studying, person to share lovely warm, clean house on the Promenade in Wallasey. Parking is on the street & there is also a free car park at the top of the road. There are lots of bars, cafes, sports activities, cinema, & shops within walking distance, & transport links into Liverpool, Birkenhead & the surrounding areas. The house has broadband, central heating, double glazing & is insulated throughout. The rooms are newly decorated, bright & sunny with wonderful views of the river, beach & city skyline. The rent includes a fully furnished double bedroom, a separate sitting room, private bathroom, & kitchenette.
This is not your typical house share situation because there is enough space for us all to live here together, but also independently from each other. We are friendly & relaxed but all quite quiet, all working & studying too, so if you’re still into wild house parties it may not be to your taste.
