I have a 3 bedroom semi-detached home in Wallasey. I am looking for a person to house share with me for a min 6 months no max. I am out at work Monday –Friday from 7. 45 – 5. 30pm
I have a large furnished double bedroom available for rent a Double bed, bed linen, side cabinets, settee and fitted wardrobes. Also have a single room to rent furnished . Room can be cleaned and bedding are washed weekly for a small fee (on top of rent). lock on door. Sky TV in Bedroom and both living areas. WFI fast broadband connection and Land line. Parking outside of house.

The house is modern with full Gas central heating. 2 separate lounges a large front lounge and back lounge/ dining area leading out to a sizable decked garden with patio furniture and BBQ. (Benefits the sun all day until early evening).
Modern kitchen fully equipped with Gas cooker, washing machine and dishwasher. Pots/pans, cutlery and crockery included. Modern bathroom with P-Shaped bath / shower with towels included.
Facilities nearby include. Asda Supermarket, Tennis club and Rugby club. Good motorway links and Liverpool tunnel is only 5 minute drive. Good Bus Links to Liverpool, Wirral & Train stations New Brighton, Wallasey Village and Hamilton Square Birkenhead from Hamilton square Chester City Centre is a 35 minute train journey. Newly regenerated New Brighton is a 15 minute walk with Bars, restaurants, cinema, Beach & promenade Marine Lake, Bowling, Golf, tennis courts and the Floral Pavilion theatre.
