The house i have is in excellent condition and in a very nice area and road. It is a very quiet place with excelent neighbours. I have a double room for rent.
It is also only 15 mins from city center. The bus route is only in the village around the corner a one minuet walk.
The double room is £95per week all fully furnished. There is parking at the house, there is also power in the room for you to have a tv. I also have wyfi.
I would be looking for someone who is quite clean and tidy but also with nice personallity and friendly. This would suit a professional Pearson, someone on nights would be perfect but not essential.
